Hosted service

Hosted Agent Tick routes Status Updates, Steering, and Sanctions between local agents and authenticated humans. Public hosted plans launch with best-effort uptime and no public SLA. Enterprise agreements may negotiate different terms.

App Purchase

Lifetime app unlock is sold through the app stores at launch. It unlocks ongoing first-party app use with self-hosted servers after the Trial; it does not include hosted service forever.

Hosted personal service

Hosted personal service is an optional in-app subscription for solo developers who want Agent Tick routing, push, updates, and uptime run by us. Manage cancellation, refunds, and subscription changes through Apple or Google.

Organization subscriptions

Hosted organization subscriptions cover shared routing, team approvals, and billing for groups using Agent Tick together. Early organization access may be gated or contact-us only.

Self-hosting license

Agent Tick is source-available under BSL. Internal commercial self-hosting is allowed. Offering Agent Tick as a hosted or managed service to third parties is prohibited during the BSL period.

Acceptable use and abuse protection

Do not use Agent Tick for unlawful activity, abuse, spam, credential theft, or attempts to bypass service limits. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke hosted access to protect users and service integrity.

Safety boundary

You are responsible for reviewing requests before approving them. Agent Tick routes decisions; approved actions execute in your local agent environment.
