Paid hosted users get direct email support. Source-available and self-hosting users should use the public GitHub paths so fixes and setup notes stay visible.

Email support

Email support@agenttick.sh for billing, account access, hosted setup, and hosted service issues.

Include the account email, organization name if relevant, approximate time of the issue, and a sanitized description. Do not send agent tokens, private keys, secrets, or full approval payloads.

Source-available and self-hosted

GitHub issues and discussions

Use GitHub issues for reproducible bugs, documentation gaps, and security-adjacent hardening requests that do not contain secrets.

Use GitHub discussions for self-hosting questions, integration ideas, and deployment notes that may help other operators.

Security and abuse

Private first

For suspected vulnerabilities, account takeover, billing abuse, or other sensitive reports, email support instead of posting public details.

Agent Tick is an approval-routing layer, not a remote shell or emergency control system. Public launch support is best-effort unless a separate enterprise agreement says otherwise.

Out of scope for launch

  • Operating your self-hosted server for you without an agreement.

  • Emergency response, remote shell access, or production incident command.
