Account deletion
Hosted Agent Tick accounts can be deleted from the Native App, or you can request deletion by email if you no longer have access to the app.
In the app
This is the fastest path when you can still access the app. It is not just sign-out: it starts hosted account deletion and clears the saved app session after success.
Without the app
If you uninstalled the app or cannot reach the in-app flow, email support@agenttick.sh from the address on your Agent Tick account and ask us to delete your hosted account.
Include the account email, organization name if relevant, and a short note saying you want your hosted Agent Tick account deleted. Do not include agent tokens, private keys, secrets, commands, or full Request payloads.
Hosted personal account deletion removes hosted personal Request, Response, Status Update, and Activity History content where safe; revokes hosted personal agent tokens; unregisters devices; clears push tokens; removes hosted personal access; and deletes or revokes the hosted identity used to sign in.
Shared organization content is controlled by the organization. If you belonged to an Agent Tick Organization, organization Activity History may remain under that organization’s retention settings with your identity minimized where appropriate.
We may retain limited records needed for billing, app-store purchase history, fraud and abuse prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, financial records, backups, and system integrity. These retained records are not used for advertising or AI training.
Deleting your Agent Tick account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel app-store subscriptions through the store account that made the purchase.
Self-hosted Agent Tick servers are operated by the person or organization running that server. The first-party app can forget a self-hosted connection on your device, but hosted Agent Tick cannot delete data from infrastructure we do not operate. Contact your Self-Hosted Operator for deletion of self-hosted server data.
