Agent Tick routes approval data you choose to send. We avoid ad tracking and do not use approval content for marketing analytics.
Hosted account data
Hosted Agent Tick processes account identity, organization membership, billing entitlement state, Agent Connections, device registrations, and settings needed to operate the service.
Agent tokens and device push tokens
Agent tokens are stored as hashes where possible. Device records may include push tokens so hosted Agent Tick can send minimal notifications. Revoked devices stop receiving push.
Activity History
Activity History includes Requests, responses, and Status Updates. Hosted personal history follows the hosted personal lifecycle and grace period; organization history follows organization retention settings.
IAP and subscriptions
The Native App may process app-store purchase and subscription receipt status for Lifetime app unlock and Hosted personal service. App stores remain responsible for payment processing, refunds, and subscription management.
Diagnostics
Diagnostics are opt-in and intended for setup and reliability troubleshooting. Diagnostics should exclude approval content such as commands, bodies, choices, and secrets.
Product analytics
Product analytics are minimal by default, can be opted out of, and exclude approval content. Events focus on onboarding, paywall, entitlement, and usage-shape signals. The hosted web app honors local opt-out flags such as agent_tick_analytics_opt_out and plausible_ignore.
Marketing analytics
Marketing analytics are privacy-friendly aggregate analytics only. No ad tracking pixels or retargeting. The public site uses Plausible for aggregate page, outbound-link, CTA, and section-depth analytics.
Retention and deletion
Deletion controls remove hosted personal data and revoke hosted tokens/devices where safe. Organization owners can delete organization data from Agent Tick-hosted organization storage where supported. Hosted data export is not a launch feature. Minimal operational metadata may remain for billing, trial limits, abuse prevention, security, and system integrity.
Self-hosting boundaries
Self-hosted deployments run on your infrastructure. You are responsible for that deployment’s data, backups, access controls, analytics, and notification providers.
Hosted data inventory
The docs include a hosted data inventory that maps account, device, request, history, diagnostics, analytics, billing, and push-token data to implementation and disclosure categories.
Data residency
Agent Tick makes no public data residency guarantee unless a specific hosted deployment or Enterprise agreement explicitly says so.
